The rooftop view was breathtaking
The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the skyline, the perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring. The location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions.
The check-in process was frustratingly slow due to overbooking, and it took longer than expected to get into the room we had reserved.

Perfect for fitness enthusiasts
The fitness center was excellent, not your typical hotel gym. Everything was new and clean, I was impressed with all the weights and equipment there. The bed was very nice, finally slept like a baby after years of bad sleep in hotel beds. It’s like they knew what I needed, it.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but i'll tell you it was worth every penny.

perfect spot for city strolls, parks, and delicious bites
during my stay, I loved the stylish interior and comfortable beds. Being just a few steps from the Children's Creativity Museum and a short walk to Chinatown made my weekend explorations so enjoyable. while the staff were friendly, I think better staffing at the front desk would improve the check-in process.

The location is great, and the room was clean and nicely decorated. However, I faced issues with the Wi-Fi not working, and the daily destination fee felt a bit excessive. Service could be improved, particularly in handling technical problems.
